Space and Power Requirements
To ensure everything runs smoothly, the following is required:
- • Space. Minimum space requirements: 2.7m height, 3m wide, 5m depth
- • Flooring. Stable, level flooring or a floored marquee
- • Power. One standard 13A socket
- • Indoors or Marquees. Suitable for use inside marquees, halls, barns, sports venues, and private homes with adequate space
If you already have a marquee booked with us, we will ensure the layout and dimensions are considered during planning.

A Note on Equipment Care

Yes, our golf simulators can be set up in both indoor and outdoor locations. For outdoor events, we strongly recommend combining with our marquee hire service to protect the equipment from weather and ensure optimal playing conditions.
Our packages are designed as unstaffed rentals, perfect for parties, weddings, and private gatherings where you manage your guests. We provide professional delivery, complete setup, brief operational guidance, and collection. The simulator is easy to operate, and you'll have full control throughout your event.
We cover events across the UK. Delivery charges do apply (not just for those outside our standard service area). We'll discuss delivery costs when you enquire based on your location and event requirements.
The simulators and projectors are designed for this application and are a tough design, we also supply them with a protective surround, so damage with normal use shouldn't be an issue.
Should you damage the simulator set up, by allowing it to get wet or malicious damage then replacement charges will apply – insurance options may be available.
We need wifi to download your courses, so the machine can be moved to the nearest wifi spot, to download your course and then located for the game without wifi.

The system provides helpful feedback and can be set to various difficulty levels. We provide brief operational guidance during setup so you can assist your guests throughout the event.
The simulator requires a standard 240V power supply. We'll discuss your venue's power availability during the booking process. If you're combining with marquee hire, we can arrange generator power if needed.
